Strewn winemaker Joe Will has pulled out some fabulous red wines from the outstanding 2001 vintage and raided the tanks for some stellar not-yet-released 2010 whites. The evening kicks off with a wine reception then moves into the restaurant where Executive Chef Alain Levesque has created a perfectly matched, seasonal five-course menu. $100 plus tax and gratuities.
